I think the chance of some of these customers moving is quite strong and that is really because Objective is not their core system. It is a back end system. The IT strategy they have is changing their financials, payroll, student management, procurement, property solutions and they are looking to change to other document management systems as part of this strategy. Many may not, but they are not the driver in this change and if organisations change their core systems Objective will be impacted as the costs of integration may be greater than going with another solution. This will not happen overnight though as the core systems take time to replace.
