Also commentary re practitioner risk however nothing re staff turnover or retention statistics. There is commentary re strategies to mitigate the risk however no facts on what has happened within the clinics.
You certainly don’t want your experienced practitioners leaving ( potentially taking clients with them) and being replaced by new grads that take time to establish
May not be a problem but would be nice to know. Could be as simple as existing practitioners full hence limiting ability to take on more patients. Would be good to know what sort of unused capacity they have.
