AVA as a whole is doing a phenomenal job, contract win after contract, stellar recruiting, product innovation and development, but this muppet just keeps undoing all the fine work by not applying risk factors to his forecasting......every single time .........I mean how can this man sleep at night with such unbridled incompetence to fail to learn from his mistakes.
His head must roll and if it does roll I bet the SP will respond positively......It would be good if we can have excellence in all departments, and not a have company let down by a sole department.
