It seems the the return from VPC to PAC was held up due to a number of esoteric reasons. However, it was not how I recall the original investment in VPC was made nor predicated on. I think Ord Minnett did as well, given its questioning of PAC's MD who struggled to respond on those matters, in the teleconference call this morning.
