If anyone tunes into the webinar, it might be worth asking if KNM will proceed with buying Hot Shot Media’s interest in kneowold pty seeing KNM executed a right to purchase agreement over 12 months ago.
KNM paid a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $50k for the purchase rights over 12 months ago!
Was this nothing more than a legal transfer of cash?
Surely buying the “option” to buy the 20% interest from HSM is market sensitive?
