You make it sound as though Overseas Bureau was the sole purpose for this Placement, in fact was point 3 of below 4 points...!
Is it as simple as ok we have some money now let’s go build a bureau in the US...!!

1/ Ascent Aerospace Tooling- ?
2/ Triton - Systems installed to Triton facilities plus further investment to roll out US Bureau’s

To recap February 19M Placement:
The net proceeds raised will be used to:
1/ provide additional capabilities to the existing TKF Melbourne Bureau production facility which will allow the development of further innovative additive manufacturing solutions, technology and techniques;
2/ secure additional human resources and business capabilities, to support the expansion of the scale and scope of the business operations. This will include technical, business development, and operations management personnel;
3/ establishment of Titomic’s offshore operations, including staffing, marketing and other key launch costs; and
4/ additional working capital to support sales growth in TKF systems and powder inventory.
