the success of the company now has just as much to do with old management as new. India deal is years in the making and that is the biggest win by far and ensures success of the next few years. New product development and processes and sales funnel take years to develop. Scott was possibly doing something’s better (such as ensuring forecasts are correct or below) and hopefully set a good new agenda. He will be there to ensure a smooth transition and no doubt wants to see future success for Ava / has shares. There could be 100 reasons he is leaving - positive and negative. Guessing will lead to fruitless results.
