Will Moelis recommend the exit of BPAM?? BPAM renewal date (automatic) is ??
Roger you have founder shares, you have spent a few more $$ to buy BDFC stock/s at depreseed prices, be a man and exit with BPAM and the Board.
Moelis call for new blood and get moving quickly, BFC is wallowing in commodity sh-t and Lactoferrins may provide some profits but to get back to IPO values the EBITDA figure needed is $30m++ X Multiple say 5 to 6, use 5, so EV = $150m or approx $0.33 per share.
Sexton can't fix but Moelis............................. bring them on
