The only other conclusion other than BPAM has either been incompetent or negligent in their management of BGFC is that they were misleading in the information disclosed pre and/or post listing. They chose the investments, Board and management, and have controlled the company from the outset. In that time they have eroded shareholder by nearly 80%.
Calling in Moelis is definitely an admission that at a minimum they are incompetent and out of ideas.
