I have worked in the motor industry for 37 years mostly as dealer principal at our families dealerships what a load of BS as a former industry insider you learnt nothing maybe thats why you are former. The retail sales model is not broken our dealerships make more profit from new and used sales, service, spare parts than we ever did out of finance and we dont even sell aftermarket warranties.
