I doubt if anyone is currently buying this to capture the dividend before selling it as it's only yielding about 1.7% on this dividend. This is a growth stock that has successfully merged their large purchase of AHG in late 2019 - they have over 250 locations in Aust/NZ and represent 19 of the top 20 selling brands and 9 out of 10 of the top luxury brands - and I'm quoting them.
I wouldn't want to underestimate their clout and market share - it's also a really well-managed business.
