For the forward looking investors, it's not all grim:
- No net debt;
- Very little tax payable this year because of the write-downs;
- Great cash flow and underlying profit;
- The ability to buy debt ledgers at much better prices (more profit in future years).
CCP has shown in the past how well it comes out of financial crisis periods, and this time it is in a much better financial position to take advantage of investment opportunities.
