No it is not. It's MC and liquidity of shares is too low. At MC of $100m << $ billion mark most 300 companies are valued at. BTW the next update of various indices will happen in Sept 2021 and I doubt TER will reach those levels.
Beware that Super may have stipulated an index that the 300 must belong to. Not all will match the S&Ps's 300.
