The order book will not be full until November as BSL need to leave room for the majority of their product that come is in on guaranteed shorter lead times ( less than 6 weeks and down to 1 week for some products). The catchup by April would be based on forecasts however if global prices fall customers will not book for these short lead time offers and the forecasts will not be worth the paper they are written on. Steel prices and forecast volumes in the steel industry can be brutal at times.
I'm not saying the above will happen but don't be so certain that these prices will hold until April next year.
