One way to think about the premium from a seller's perspective is: "you'll have to prize these dividend factories out of my cold dead fingers." Or pay me a shedload upfront to hand them over.
Also holding WMI, WMA, WGB, WLE and have held WAX on and off in the past.
+1 to holding WMI forever, though i must say i didn't expect WMI to get to a 20+% so early in its life. I'll be monitoring the premium closely after dividend record date to decide to DRP or take cash for elsewhere.
