"Our EBITDA forecast is A$137.0m and consensus is A$136.6m. Solid
earnings growth reflects self-help measures (cost out), business mix
benefits and a new growth project (high margin lactoferrin). Our
forecast includes A$9.3m of EBITDA for LD&D, reflecting its
five-month contribution but noting that this business is materially
skewed to 1H (1H/2H split: ~80%/20%) and synergy benefits are more
likely in 2022."
