As we've discussed TillLindemann, the BGA MD Mr Irvin previously said this was likely to take three years. Maybe a few achievements can occur early on but it's complex 'lumpy' manufacturing involving large amounts of sophisticated processing equipment and environmental regulations, so it seems unrealistic to expect all of that claimed '$41 million in synergies' (highlighted with the takeover of LD & D) to be achieved within 17 months.
