Slow and steady growth in the right direction. IHR isnt a enterprise software comapny, so we wont see giant revenue wins but good solid jumps like we have so far.
The channel strategy is a key success enabler for IHR to sign up customers without having to hire more sales people, and do this at global scale.
AAR will continue to climb, and eventually we will be highly profitable. In 5 years, ill look back and thank myself for continuing to accumulate and hold this gem.
