I can only guess that they had a certain $/oz value on the stockpile and decided to use a lower value to determine asset value. $75M is a decent hit.
Im more interested in that big D&A hit. $105M increase in depreciation and amortisation. Looking at the report amortisation note 14, could be another year or two of such a big hit before profits show again....
Operating costs up a fair bit too it would seem (but thats across all mining atm)
