I think I see why Paul Thompson (CEO) has decided its time to retire. - shocking result.
And to blame it on the adverse weather !!
It is what is is - excuses, compounded by bad judgement, poor leadership.
Pity some of the Board members are not doing the right thing by also moving on to where their talents can be better used.
A lesson in how to make a small profit in almond production - start with a large profit, and gradually fritter it away..
