Ha - And in your opinion, the Board have decided to replace the present CEO (Paul Thompson) because performance is related to inter alia, "poor weather during harvest" - hardly.
The share price in Oct 2019 was $7.85 - does that tell you anything about CEO performance in the past three years.
Blame the weather, bee virus, California drought, China. shipping logistics, covid, fire, but not the CEO. The Board obviously disagree.
