That's what I suspect. If they perform a pro-rata share buyback of 10% of capital at $70m, that equates to $3.63 per share (roughly).
I imagine that would be a realised gain and taxed accordingly.
Whatever the case, still a good outcome. Complaints about paying tax are not really my style...
