Good conf call/Q&A session, straightforward, upfront and plenty of detail. Covered many of my concerns including the (relatively small) cost to mothball the Cebu/Philippines yard if they cannot gain enough meaningful new business there to sustain it - sounds like Paddy is fully focussed on this.
US will take care of itself, I think, and it sounds like OPC bid (price) wasn’t as aggressive (low/undercut) as media might’ve speculated. I feel quite confident the protest by Eastern will be denied by GAO in October. Guam focus (which came up in a question) sure would be great for service & support revenue given how much servicing of US fleet occurs there.
