By the way the banks were on the nose for quite a while during the royal commission circus, scandal after scandal, these regulatory cycles happen, but what matters is if the business is permanently impaired and if so, by how much as there is also a price.
Note: post royal commission banks shares mostly recovered and still paying out sizeable dividends.
