I agree @ JoeGambler. I think the government and we as a society have a responsibility to try to support problem gamblers from overspending and stop the money laundering that has been going on in these establishments, so I'm not against trialling some methods that might help towards these aims. I think running trials to get some hard data to see if it supports the outcomes they are trying to achieve makes sense. Just calling out the hysterical elements that I was seeing in the thread that massively overstated the liekly outcomes and impacts to ALL.
