You're ignoring the fact that green renewable energy is hot property, and you're assuming that market hype and ESG investing wouldn't push this higher by 2025... I'm not so silly, once the Pumped Hydro project comes online this baby will skyrocket giving long-term holders a prime opportunity to sell some down and even become free carried into a stock that will by then have more batteries, wind, and be close to paying a dividend...
