I am worried they will over spend on capital works. If they do spend $300m on a new facility in Mobile that will be the entire NPAT (and more) from OPC or TAGOS gone to fund the shed. With margins so skinny, the payback on capital investment like the facility being mentioned in the media is 10yrs plus. High risk and low reward.
I wonder why they are still paying dividends?
