Yep, have read a few of his articles from here and there. He writes well and knows his subject matter. He had been an employee up to about the time that, it is alleged, some Austal USA employees had, perhaps, had not made their best efforts on behalf of the company. I do not say that anyone did engage in unlawful conduct and only note various legal proceedings. The point is- he can speak to the 'culture' that existed coming into that period.
I was surprised to find that ASB disappeared off my portfolio today- vaguely remember putting in a sell order the other day- not sure what I was thinking- or if I was thinking. The kids must be right- I am losing it. Have a buy order now.
