They have prepaid for some materials- they have paid for the land next door at Mobile- they have cash and the balance sheet looks sound.

The important thing going forward is the quality of the contracts- we shall learn that as we progress. The current share price, in my view, reflects a question mark around contract quality- and that we are in the valley between contracts running off and new contracts.

I am happy with my average price and with the percentage of the portfolio that this stock represents for me. I could only buy more at a lower price if my overall portfolio was to increase proportionately. Risk management. Keeping a lid on it. Almost now have the stocks that I want at the prices or averages that I want- almost ready to cross the river and embrace a buy and hold strategy- the long term plan.

This stock has taught me a lot- going up and down the escalators with it over about three years- learning from getting things right and making mistakes- getting the timing right sometimes and sometimes wrong. Perhaps an ETF or money in the bank would be a good investment- but would that be half as fulfilling? Would you want to own a rental instead and clean up after tenants have skipped off? Do term deposit holders talk interest rates on social media?

    Loving it.
