they should have sufficient cash for a little while even factoring in the payments made for the acquisitions.
my thinking is that they are in a buoyant sector and to generate the software revenue that they do today is
significant.
also think that if an offer is put on the table there is scope for a bidding war, we obviously are aware of two but I suspect more parties could be lurking.
