I'm not sure about any immediate equity raising. There is cash on hand (especially since $15M loan) and the chances of getting shareholders to dip into their pockets atm would be pointless. Look at the almost zero uptake of the last capital raising. And the current SP is not a datum to launch a placement from. It is being manipulated to beggery and all of that needs to wash out for normality to return.
I still believe we are focussing on a short game that must be currently under negotiation.
Look at the next milestone, the AGM. Good forum for voting on a proposal, eh? If no proposal, then any cap raising (??) would be after the AGM.
Highly unlikely I hope.
