Ann: FY2023 Full Year Results Investor Webinar Notice, page-5

I've just put in a list of questions to Jane Morgan for the webinar. The questions were in three categories:
1. Update on bids for BTH
2. What happened to the $30/35M raised in Dec 22?
3. What is the business case for $15M loan and why was it required when $30M+ was raised 6 months prior. Secondly why Regal and why such poor commercial terms. Why 24M options on top and why at a future VWAP that was clearly manipulated for 10 days.

I'd encourage all shareholders to put some questions up. The annual results webinar of 2022 was a complete fizzer in my view and talked about a lot of hopes without concrete results, targets and shareholder information for decision making.

There have been multiple bids on BTH over the last year and we are silenced and blind to the detail in my humble opinion.
