Google the same words or "BTH, Morgan Stanley last 24 hours" and nothing comes up.

However I did stumble across this painful reminder from an article in the AFR, May 21 2023 (see below) detailing the lack of BTH disclosure re a potential bid from SQN for 80cps and then 4 months later, Sirus Capital for 80cps. Last I checked SQN investors are still roughly the equal major shareholder in BTH (neck and neck with Regal Management).

However, just a reminder that the low trading activity over the last weeks and driving the SP down is done for a reason; and that is to drive fear and to clean up from scared shareholders at a discount. A lot of effort is being made by external parties for a reason. The article from the AFR is a positive reminder that we had interests in BTH in Nov'22 from SQN (when the daily SP closed between 60-70c) and in Mar '23 from Sirius (when the SP closed between 40-50c). Since that time, AI has become important, BTH products have expanded, etc etc and this must place a higher price on any BTH takeover surely.
