your assuming there is a deal ? No firm deal has been confirmed. The whole thing smells. You have a bid at 80c , reject it then raise money at a significant discount then a few months later let regal pull your pants down for lender of last resort rates … doesn’t sound like the actions you have a real bid at 80c
