Almost in the 20’s…
Out of curiosity, if the IBC isn’t considering a takeover why doesn’t the interested party commence an on market take over for 60 or 80 cents (whatever they now deem fair value). Surely majority of the market would be happy to sell into that? Or is that not how an on market takeover happens?
