You're right. I should have done the calcs. All it's saying is that 21.88% of shareholders fall into the 1-1000 group, 29.89% in the next group and so on.
But now that we know that, we can see that 66% of all shareholders (5,801 out of 8,786) own 10k shares or fewer, ie, worth about $6k or less. That's one very unbalanced share register.
