I agree. I recall Gavin giving himself consecutive yearly hefty pay rises a little while back. I think ( I could be wrong) on the idea they were going to do well and for what was accomplished already and about to come. They didn't deliver, still struggle to break even, and continue to put a positive spin on themselves without results that add any SH value.
