So I had a look at this years Remuneration report. I recalled something strange about this company in comparison to other stocks I have. Gavin Coote pays himself well. The other directors get a basic amount (and probably what they deserve for a company like this, IMO).

Their pay is in bold. So Gavin gets 3 times the combined amount of the other 4 directors.
Not deserved IMO. But I think ego and arrogance wont change his view on what he thinks he deserves (or the companies remuneration committee that decides on this and is made up of the company directors I think). My own views here that is all (and frustration at sitting on a leaking boat).
