Rocket - do you know/suspect who they are referring to in the article 'we heard a manganese smelter in SE Asia will halt production'?
Higher Tshipi dividends and hopefully higher smelting margins if they can secure supply and maintain production.
I assume this is the primary reason for increase SP, volumes and buying interest last week.
