Jupiter mines owns 49.9% of tshipi plus 2 x iron ore projects in WA, which i believe are just exploration tenements (ie. Not much value?)
Jupiter shares have increased in the last 2 months from 17cents to 33cents with a MC of 646mil. If we assume little to no value for their iron ore exploration tenements, then based on Jupiters MC, OMH 13% stake in Tshipi is worth approximately 165mill (a substantial chunk of OMHs MC).
Let me know if im omitting anything
