I would like to see management consolidate what they have already. Each acquisition sees them hand over more shares diluting the sp, hence every time we climb a few rungs on the ladder we drop below where we started. Directors cashing in too frequently is another hurdle to the sp. Not trading advice. Just my opinion. GLTA.
