"He" sure is quick to punish bad news but often quite slow to compliment good news, bearing in mind that somehow despite his macular degeneration (he's 75 after all, and has a walking stick) "he" wants to typically look forward six to nine months.
Poor bloke: overweight or obese. Spends too much time attending his local GP to even think of immediately praising companies that have excellent results and a promising outlook. All "he" can do is focus on his own mortality.
