I have been dollar cost averaging for several years starting at $6.90 thereabouts. However this time I will decline to buy more for same reasons previously articulated re inept management, and Board. Maybe I'll will buy some more when it reachs $2.xx, which at present rate of decline may likely be later this week (says he sarcastically).
