Big gap between NAV and NTA
NAV at $5.69 as per the SHV F23 report and NTA at $2.90.... ~337m
Appears NAV holds little weight from an investor perspective.
On the basis of NTA, perhaps we have found the bottom (for now), with the next move dictated by the typical variables (on-farm conditions, weather, FX, almond prices etc)
