SHV will actually be harvesting in a few short months and monetising almost immediately.
So, if the future is soon and benign, why is Mr Market standing back and not picking up a bargain?
Nobody wants to catch a falling knife and a further leg down is as possible as a quick reverse. Yet SHV has to be compelling value at these prices.
