I called the bottom of the SHV slide at $2.80, however that is only my opinion and maybe not the markets. I always do think “the market” goes a lot higher than you think and conversely a lot lower than anyone thinks is reasonable.
to replicate SHV would take an enormous amount of time and investment. In fact it would almost not be possible, shareholders just require a frugal and intelligent management team, to restructure and remove unnecessary costs.
An equity investment requires 18.5% return, and at SHV current share price that return must be approaching fast.
humans always get greedy and wait for the market to become completely irrational. A very good friend of mine a stockbroker says “bottom pickers get smelly fingers”, and in my experience he is right.
