"The finance site, "Intelligent Investor" show NTA per share at $2.90 at 2023 year end. However this implies the value of tangible assets, eg Property Plant and Equipment on a "going concern" basis, whereas in the event of a liquidation, then a more realist basis would be using "breakup" value.The Gearing ratio at 2023 year end would indicate that debt exceeds equity, thus nothing left for the shareholders assuming the worst case scenario."
Can you please explan your update post that, "At half of NTA appears sp to be significant discount".
Can you explain - Half of NTA would be $1.45, haha - hopefully the sp is not going there.
