    I think this could mean management and shareholders are not on same page and management won’t take communicate as they are likely to have their strategy over ruled in near future.

    My bet- fund is wound down within 12 months, investments are sold and share holder receive $0.10 per share.

    The new shareholder (Glen) will get back $12m for his $8m investment. The rest of us will not do so well…
