Plus one must assess the riskiness of the revenue streams. I favour GNG over LYL because they are almost 100% Australian based. LYL is largely West Africa based. LYL are good operators though, no doubt about that. As to the issue of surplus cash, GNG do a good job of shovelling it out the back door as dividends. Nothing wrong with that.
