I've yet to look at the presentation. I tried to get time off work today to attend but my request was declined.
But very interesting the voting was quite high against the the remuneration report and the MD's package, around a third against.
It appeared to be very targeted as the votes for the other resolutions were closer to 5% against.
The board composition has significantly changed since I was last went to a SHV AGM about 3 or 4 years ago.
